Dreamhost hello
my original webhost sold the part of her business that i was using to a company that, without any announcement to customers, reduced services beyond a point that made them viable. no emails, nothing; just one day i'm trying to work on a site, and i discover: sorry, that's no longer allowed.
so after some research, especially reading a comparison of sites providing unlimited domains and databases on Drupal, i went with Dreamhost.com. Dreamhost got excellent reviews from a number of Drupal users, and it's owned by its workers (i always like that). so far, so good. terrific tech support, but i've not needed a lot. it's much faster than the previous hosting service, so i'm hopeful i can stay put here for a long time.
my sites moved easily and quickly. all credit to Drupal and Dreamhost.
